There are 51 scouts, 24 guides , 45 cubs and 17 bulbuls in the vidyalaya during the session 2008-09. Thus 137 students are involved in scouts and guides movement.

            The students of scouts and guides took parts in different activities of  the vidyalaya. In addition to other duties they welcomed the Chief Guests during different programmes. They also took part in cleaning the vidyalya. This year 18 scouts and  two guides attended the Pratham Sopan Testing Comp which was organized on 20-12-08 at vidyalaya level.          

            Scout & Guide are trained on every Wednesday with prayer, pledge, scout /guides flag song. They are given training B.P. exercises. They gained the knowledge about First Aid and learnt the different kinds of knots, several type of welfare programs was organized by the scouts and guides

1. Welcome to our guests   -  In different occasions the students of scout and guide welcome to the guests and presented guards of  honour 

2. Social welfare Program -   The shudents of  scout and guide took part in  different types welfare program  like discipline of the  vidyalaya. 

3. Cleanliness -  The scout and guides take part in cleaning the vidyalaya.
